The Process

Letter of Intent: A $500 good faith deposit is required to start the process.

Select Your Home Site: If you already have a home site, we will move forward to the design stage, utilizing your architect or ours. We can also assist you in locating a build site.

Budgeting, Interim Financing, Contract: We handle the budgeting & contract while playing a supporting role on the financing. Once the plans are complete, we obtain competitive bids on all major components & prepare a preliminary budget for your lender. The preliminary budget, architectural drawings & our contract are the items your lender will need from us in order to proceed.

City Permits / Start Construction: Once all of the city permits are in place along with loan approval, we begin construction. Throughout the construction process we will remain flexible enough to accommodate any change orders that may arise. Every new home is covered by a comprehensive one year warranty on all workmanship & materials. Structural warranties are available if you want that included in the budget.
